Job Summary

Ashok Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Chief Accounts Officer to lead and manage the company's finance and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounts function and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations of the company.
- Handle GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund planning.
- Perform bank reconciliations and oversee banking transactions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
- Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate accounting records.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Prepare and submit documents required for audits and statutory filings.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory returns.




- Monitor compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
- Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support management by providing financial insights for business decisions.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory.
- CA, CMA, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
- Experience in the Civil & Construction is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software, SAP, ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
