Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant – Legal Billing responsible for end-to-end legal billing processes, invoice preparation, billing compliance, trust accounting coordination, and revenue tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- - Transaction Processing: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, and manage bank deposits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Manage all revenue, expense, asset, liability, and equity accounts.
- Payroll: Enter timehseets and prepare payroll
- Communicate on daily matters with Controller when required

Required Skills and Qualifications

- - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle Fusion, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- - Accuracy of financial records.
- Timeliness of month-end closures.

- Core requirements are around structured, rule-based invoicing, time-based billing, and high accuracy.
