Job Role:

Responsible for complete tool room operations including tool design, development, maintenance, and inventory control to support smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage tools, dies, jigs & fixtures

· Ensure tool availability to avoid downtime

· Handle CNC, VMC, EDM & machining operations

· Plan preventive & breakdown maintenance

· Maintain tool records & inventory

· Coordinate with Production & Quality teams

· Control tooling cost & improve efficiency

· Lead and train tool room team

· Ensure quality standards, safety & 5S

Skills Required:

· Knowledge of tool design & machining

· Experience in CNC/EDM/Wire Cut

· Basic CAD/CAM knowledge

· Leadership & problem-solving skills

Reporting To: Plant / Production Head

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,137.10 per month
