2. Key ResponsibilitiesPreventive & Predictive Maintenance

- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all PDC machines.
- Implement predictive maintenance techniques to minimize machine failures.
- Maintain PM records and ensure 100% schedule compliance.
- Monitor lubrication systems and hydraulic oil conditions.

Breakdown Maintenance

- Attend machine breakdowns immediately.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Reduce machine downtime through effective troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with production during emergency maintenance.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

- Maintain hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, accumulators, and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic pressure and oil leakage issues.
- Maintain pneumatic FRL units, cylinders, valves, and air circuits.

Electrical Maintenance

- Diagnose electrical faults using electrical drawings.
- Maintain PLC-based control systems.
- Troubleshoot sensors, encoders, relays, contactors, VFDs, servo systems, and motors.
- Maintain electrical panels according to safety standards.

Machine Accuracy & Reliability

- Ensure machine locking force, injection pressure, and machine alignment.
- Verify machine repeatability and cycle consistency.




- Maintain tie bars, platen alignment, guide systems, and injection mechanisms.

Utility Equipment

- Maintain:
- Air Compressors
- Cooling Towers
- Chillers
- Thermoregulators
- Water Circulation Systems
- Vacuum Systems
- Lubrication Systems

Spare Parts Management

- Maintain critical spare inventory.
- Identify minimum stock levels.
- Raise spare part requisitions.
- Evaluate local suppliers.

Continuous Improvement

- Improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
- Reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
- Support TPM implementation.
- Participate in Kaizen and cost reduction projects.

Documentation

- Maintain:
- Breakdown History
- PM Check Sheets
- Calibration Records
- Machine Health Cards
- Spare Consumption Records
- Maintenance Log Books

Safety & Compliance

- Follow LOTO procedures.
- Ensure machine guarding and safety interlocks are functional.
- Support ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
