Lead day-to-day QC laboratory operations for Chemical, Instrumentation, and Stability sections. Ensure timely analysis and release of raw materials, intermediates, finished APIs, packing materials, and cleaning validation samples. Review and approve analytical reports, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and laboratory documentation. Ensure adherence to testing timelines to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Oversee operation, calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments including: HPLC GC UV-Visible Spectrophotometer FTIR Dissolution Tester (where applicable) Karl Fischer TOC Analyzer Particle Size Analyzer Ensure instrument utilization, troubleshooting, and compliance with ALCOA+ principles. Review SOPs, STPs, Specifications, Protocols, Validation Reports, and analytical methods. Ensure laboratory documentation complies with regulatory expectations. Participate in Change Control, Risk Assessment, and Quality Management System activities.
