Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience at our designer jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong retail sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their preferences and occasions
- Deliver personalized customer service to enhance the luxury retail experience
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Explain product features, craftsmanship, pricing, and care instructions
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and repeat business
- Handle billing coordination and support inventory tracking




- Follow up with customers for events, promotions, and new collections

Requirements

- 2–4 years of retail sales experience (jewellery, luxury retail, apparel, or premium lifestyle brands preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Kannada, Telugu or Hindi will be an advantage
- Presentable personality with customer-centric approach
- Ability to understand customer preferences and provide styling guidance
- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
