Area Sales Manager – FMCG (Raipur)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our market presence in the Raipur region. The ideal candidate should have a strong FMCG sales background, excellent distributor management skills, and an established network in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and business growth targets for the assigned territory.
- Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and retailers.
- Expand market coverage and strengthen distribution.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy distributor operations.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.





Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Experience in the Tea, Detergent, or Spice industry is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in distributor handling and market expansion.
- Strong network of distributors and retailers in and around Raipur.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Candidates with a successful track record of business development and distributor management in the Raipur market.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
