Key Responsibilities

IDS Knowledge Must

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L;, balance sheets, cash flow) and analyze variances.
- Accounting Operations: Supervise day-to-day transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Month-End/Year-End Close: Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and ensure timely, accurate closing of books.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with GAAP or IFRS, tax laws, and lead internal/external audits.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor junior accounting staff, optimizing department efficiency.
- Internal Controls: Maintain internal controls and safeguards to secure assets




- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Generally 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
