The AVP- Marketing will be responsible for creating profitable marketing strategies. This is a P&L; role involving planning, strategy, consumer insights and media spends.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long term marketing startegies
- Conduct market analysis, identify growth opportunities, define target markets
- Aligh marketing initiatives to overall business P&L;
- Ownership of marketing budgets, monitoring financial metrics and collaborate with cross functional teams to drive profitability and operational efficiency
- Oversee brand strategy, strong positioning and development of creative campaigns
- Drive the development and alunch of new products , develop effective go to market strategies
- Leverage data anlystics, measure campaign effectiveness and drive digital transformation in marketing
- Build relationship across multiple stakeholders, including agencies and media partners
Candidate Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing, from FMCG industry
- Full time MBA in Marketing from reputed institutions
- Stong communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills
