Role Overview
The Senior Admission Counselor will lead student counseling and conversion activities for Current Zealand education and other destination programs. The role is focused on sales, student acquisition, and admissions guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study opportunities in New Zealand and other destinations
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Guide junior counselors and support the admissions team.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM updates.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional activities

Requirements





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in study abroad counseling or educational sales.
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand education preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage and convert high volumes of leads.
