Legal Advisor (7+ Years Experience) – Doorstep Car Wash Company

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal Advisor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in handling company, corporate, and franchise-related legal matters to join our growing doorstep car wash company.

Eligibility

- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in handling company, corporate, and franchise-related legal issues
- Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Salary is negotiable for the right candidate, based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all legal matters related to the company.
- Manage legal issues involving franchises and car washing partners.
- Coordinate with police stations and other statutory authorities whenever required.




- Handle kit recovery issues and resolve disputes with car washing partners.
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, notices, contracts, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal advice and support for the company's day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Represent the company in legal discussions, negotiations, and proceedings whenever required.

Preferred Experience

- Proven experience in handling company and franchise-related legal issues.
- Experience in corporate legal matters, franchise management, contract drafting, compliance, and operational dispute resolution will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
