Purpose
Provide exceptional customer support while assisting prospective and existing customers through Voice, WhatsApp, Email and Chat. Ensure customers receive timely assistance throughout their learning journey.

Compensation:
In Hand Salary: 3.00LPA + Incentives (2% on Revenue)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

- Assist clients with support services related to our products and training programs.
- Bridge communication between customers and internal teams.
- Handle Export-Import related queries from past participants.
- Respond to Phone, WhatsApp, Email and Chat enquiries.
- Moderate Q&A; sessions during webinars and live training.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up logs.

Sales Support:

- Follow up with prospects whose payments have been declined.
- Assist customers in completing registrations.
- Support interested prospects in selecting suitable programs.
- No Cold Calling – All interactions are with existing customers or inbound enquiries.





Daily Activities:

- Handle Outbound & Inbound calls
- WhatsApp & Email support
- Payment follow-ups
- Webinar moderation
- CRM updates
- Internal coordination

KPIs:

- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
- First Response Time
- Resolution Time
- Payment Follow-up Success
- Follow-up Compliance
- CRM Accuracy
- Revenue Generated

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Voice Process.
- Export-Import industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer handling abilities.
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels.

- Laptop with high speed internet connection.
- Smartphone in valuable working condition.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
