Shree Corporation is a leading audio-visual solutions provider - 1,200+ projects and 500+ clients across the corporate, banking, government and education sectors. We are expanding our Mumbai sales team and hiring 4 Sales Executives.

THE ROLE

Field sales of AV solutions across Mumbai and MMR: video conferencing, interactive panels, LED video walls, commercial displays, projectors, digital signage, professional audio and lighting control. You own the client relationship and the close; our pre-sales and technical team builds the BOQ and the design.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Generate and qualify leads across corporate, education, government and channel accounts

- Conduct client meetings, site visits and product demonstrations

- Work with the pre-sales team to prepare proposals, BOQs and quotations

- Negotiate and close orders, and follow through to payment collection

- Maintain the CRM and report the pipeline weekly

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 1-6 years in AV, IT hardware, displays, projectors, CCTV/ELV, office automation or other B2B technical sales

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA an advantage

- Comfortable working in the field across Mumbai and MMR





- Explicit spoken English and Hindi; Marathi an advantage

Pre-sales and design engineers who want to move into a client-facing commercial role are genuinely welcome - we will back you on the sales side.

COMPENSATION - PLEASE READ

Fixed salary PLUS uncapped performance incentive. The fixed component is set against your experience; the incentive is genuinely uncapped, so what you earn depends on what you close. The upper end of the range shown reflects fixed plus on-target incentive, and consistent performers earn more. If your current fixed salary sits above our band, still talk to us - we will structure the variable side to make the total work.

Office at Andheri East, Mumbai. Field role covering Mumbai and MMR.
