Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities and overall operations of a branch office. This role involves driving sales performance, achieving revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance within the branch. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales targets and objectives for various financial products and services.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales goals, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
