1. HR Recruiter- Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare offer letters and support employee onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support general HR activities and maintain employee records.

2. Operations Executive -Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily order processing and product dispatch.




- Communicate with customers regarding order confirmations and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain inventory and stock movement records.
- Handle courier coordination, shipment tracking, and documentation.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily warehouse and order fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Support customer service and after-sales operations when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
