About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a robust background in interior fit-outs and execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage interior and stretch ceiling projects from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams.
Prepare project schedules, timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor site progress, quality standards, and adherence to drawings.
Manage contractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
Track project costs, budgets, and ensure cost control.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.




Provide regular project updates and reports to management.

Requirements
5–8 years of experience in interior project management.
Solid knowledge of interior fit-outs and execution processes.
Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and project planning.
Experience in handling multiple sites/projects.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting tools.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
