Own the end-to-end customer journey and experience.
Build strong relationships with customers through calls, chats, and WhatsApp.
Resolve concerns with speed, empathy, and ownership.
Drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations,



and Product to improve the customer experience.
Turn feedback into actionable insights that make our product better.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You ?
Have 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Success, or Account Management.
Are an exceptional communicator with solid problem-solving skills.
Stay calm under pressure and thrive in rapid-paced settings.
Believe every customer deserves a five-star experience.
Love taking ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Bonus Points
Experience in D2C, healthcare, wellness, or health-tech.
