We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our business by acquiring new dealers, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building long-term customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our products in the assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate recent B2B business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and corporate customers.
Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, and client visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,



Commerce, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (FMCG, lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or related industries preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Valid driving license is preferred.
