We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to handle client communication, business development, team coordination, and sales operations for sports infrastructure projects across India.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and handle client inquiries professionally
Manage client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project discussions
Handle sales targets and develop business growth strategies
Manage and guide the sales team for better performance
Coordinate marketing and branding activities
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and client records
Build solid relationships with clients, contractors, schools, academies, and corporate customers

Skills Required




Solid communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management ability
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Good Hindi and English communication
Qualified personality and client handling skills

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, project sales, construction materials, sports infrastructure, or related industries will be preferred.
