About the RoleBajaj Finance is looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join the Digital Product Finance (DPF) team. The DPF Executive is responsible for assisting customers in obtaining EMI finance for the purchase of electronic products from partnered retail stores and showrooms.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit and manage assigned partner showrooms and electronic retail outlets.
Assist customers in financing electronic products through Bajaj Finance EMI solutions.
Explain EMI plans, loan eligibility, and repayment options to customers.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Complete the digital EMI application process accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with showroom staff to ensure smooth customer service and increase finance conversions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Build and maintain solid relationships with partner retailers and showroom teams.
Achieve monthly business targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.




Eligibility CriteriaGraduation in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.
Willingness to travel to assigned partner showrooms.
