Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with solid communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Candidates with a BBA or MBA qualification will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote the company's products and services to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and marketing targets.
RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
BBA or MBA qualification is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings if required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
