JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, market analysis, and coordination with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Promote and sell the company's products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain robust customer relationships.
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts departments for order execution.
Collect market intelligence and provide competitor analysis.




Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables from customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Skills Required
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Eligibility

For Freshers
Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA (Marketing preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel and learn.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary 12K-20K permonth
