Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stores Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, material movement, and stock control activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in SAP/ERP systems and strong knowledge of inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations including inward and outward material movement.
Create and maintain GRN, stock records, and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
Conduct cycle counts, physical inventory verification, and stock reconciliation.
Maintain FIFO practices and ensure proper storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, PPC, and Logistics teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle dispatch documentation, material transfers, and inventory tracking.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.




Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, and 5S compliance.

Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.

2–6 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, or Supply Chain functions.
Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering
Valuable communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing setting.
