Job Summary : Atish Flour Mill is seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and equipment within our flour milling operations. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain compliance with all electrical safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, motors, control panels, and power distribution systems.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and automation systems.
Inspect, test, and maintain electrical installations in accordance with applicable safety regulations.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
Plan and execute electrical upgrades and improvement projects.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment history, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.




Monitor energy consumption and recommend energy-saving initiatives.
Supervise contractors and electricians during maintenance and project activities.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
2–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing or flour mill environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
