Business Development Executive (BDE) – International Sales

Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with prospective international clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Identify decision-makers and establish contact with potential clients across international markets.
Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the business development team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and industry trends.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.




Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in international sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools is an advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
