Role Overview
Drive revenue by selling our staffing, recruitment, and payroll services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure recent corporate clients through lead generation and cold outreach.
Pitch tailored HR, staffing, and payroll outsourcing solutions to business owners and HR heads.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, including client/s meeting if and when required
Maintain robust client relationships to drive repeat business.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6+ months of sales experience (staffing, recruitment, or HR services preferred).
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
