Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Track and update accurate freight/load information in the system.

Coordinate with clients to secure loads on time by negotiating the best freight rates.

Coordinate with truck owners/drivers to assign and connect loads efficiently.

Follow up with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely loading and unloading of vehicles.

Visit field locations whenever required to coordinate with clients, warehouses, truck drivers, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Monitor vehicle movement and provide regular status updates to clients.

Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly by coordinating with all stakeholders.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate records of shipments and deliveries.

Ensure timely communication between clients, transporters, warehouse teams, and field staff.

Work closely with the operations team to achieve on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining service quality.
