We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Marketing Executives (TeleCallers).

We are looking for a confident and target-driven TeleCaller / Marketing Executive to generate leads, promote our cargo and logistics services, and build solid client relationships over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and preferably a background in international freight forwarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Zoomcaargo Bhaarat's logistics and cargo services
Explain service offerings,



pricing, and shipping solutions clearly to prospective clients
Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in CRM/Excel sheets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues or escalate when needed
Coordinate with the operations team for order/booking confirmations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
