Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for field sales and frontline roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews.
Explain job roles and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Manage high-volume hiring and achieve recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience.
Experience in field sales, blue-collar, or bulk hiring is preferred.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven, rapid-paced setting.
Experience in real estate background is an added advantage.
