Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the daily activities of the sales team to maximize productivity.

Performance & Targets: Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Talent Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor current team members to ensure their success.

Strategic Growth: Develop effective sales strategies and identify current business opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service standards and consistent follow-up.

Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, track metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Job Requirements

Education: Class 12 Pass.

Experience: Freshers are Welcome.

Leadership & Drive: Strong leadership traits with a target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

People Management: Proven ability to effectively manage, inspire, and motivate a team.
