Guide F-1 students on career pathways, including OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT.

Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients.

Understand hiring requirements and match candidates with suitable roles.

Meet recruitment and sales targets.

Requirements:

Knowledge of the US staffing industry.

Good understanding of F-1 Visa, OPT, CPT, and STEM OPT.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience in US recruitment or sales is preferred.
