Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from architectural and façade drawings.
Estimate costs for Unitized, Semi-Unitized, Aluminium Window, Structural Glazing, ACP, Louvres, and related façade systems.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations and tender submissions.
Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing.
Perform cost analysis and value engineering.
Work closely with Design, Procurement, and Business Development teams.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids.

Required Skills
Experience in façade estimation is mandatory.
Knowledge of Unitized Curtain Wall, Semi-Unitized, Aluminium Windows, Structural Glazing, ACP Cladding, Spider Glazing, and Louvres.
Solid understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, costing, tendering, and rate analysis.




Ability to read architectural and façade drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Exposure
High-rise commercial and residential projects.
Estimation of large-value façade contracts.
International façade systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, Technal, AluK, Aluprof, or equivalent.
