We are looking for a passionate, organized, and dedicated Preschool Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our preschool, ensure high-quality early childhood education, and support teachers in delivering an engaging learning setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a genuine passion for working with young children.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support preschool teachers and classroom staff.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the preschool.
Monitor lesson planning and classroom activities in line with the curriculum.
Guide teachers in implementing age-appropriate teaching methods and classroom management.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain a secure, positive, and nurturing learning workplace.
Coordinate admissions, student records, and parent communication.
Organize school events, celebrations, field trips, and parent meetings.
Handle parent queries and resolve concerns professionally.




Ensure compliance with school policies and safety standards.
Plan and conduct teacher training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Work closely with management to achieve academic and operational goals.
EligibilityBachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Ed., Montessori, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or other teacher training certifications are preferred).
Freshers with excellent leadership and communication skills may apply.
Experienced candidates in preschool coordination or teaching will be given preference.
