About The Prime Step

The Prime Step is one of Indore's growing IT Training & Placement Institutes, helping students build successful careers through industry-oriented training in Programming, AI, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Full Stack Development, and more. We are looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Counsel students and professionals about our training programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions by understanding customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain CRM records.
Coordinate with the marketing and counseling teams to improve conversions.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events.

Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Education Sales,



or EdTech.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in the Education, Training, Coaching, or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
