Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth office functioning and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Track attendance and leave records.
Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Address employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations.

Administration
Manage office administration and daily operations.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
Handle courier, travel, and meeting arrangements.
Maintain office assets and records.
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and discipline.




Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR and Administration (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
