JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTS MANAGERIndustry: Automobile / Automobile Dealership

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations of the automobile dealership/workshop.
Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, and cash-flow reports.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, outstanding payments, and vendor/customer balances.
Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, and general accounting.
Ensure timely GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
Monitor dealership sales, service, spare parts, insurance, accessories, and other business-related accounts.
Ensure proper accounting of vehicle sales, service billing, parts inventory, expenses, and receipts.
Conduct regular internal checks and reconciliation to identify discrepancies.




Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and decision-making.
Supervise and guide the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Candidate RequirementsQualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Industry Experience: Automobile dealership experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and taxation.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Solid analytical, communication, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle work independently and meet deadlines.
