We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller to handle student inquiries, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions for our coaching center.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students/parents from provided leads
Explain courses, fees, schedules, and perks clearly
Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
Maintain and update student database and call records
Convert inquiries into admissions
Handle walk-in inquiries and guide them about courses
Coordinate with faculty and admin team for scheduling
Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
Polite and patient approach with students and parents
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass / Any degree
Experience in tele calling/sales (education sector preferred)
Freshers with solid communication can also apply

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
