Role Overview

Build solid relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their goals, recommend suitable international education and overseas employment solutions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries.

• Counsel clients on study abroad and overseas career prospects.





• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.

• Coordinate with admissions, processing and operations teams.

• Maintain CRM records and reports.

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve conversion targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, moderate English proficiency, relationship management, customer service orientation, problem-solving, MS Office & Google Workspace.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree | Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Sales, Counselling, BPO, Client Relationship or Education Consultancy are encouraged to apply.
