About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Videographer to join our team. If you're passionate about creating high-quality visual content and enjoy capturing stories through videos, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.
Capture product videos, office culture, behind-the-scenes content, client shoots, and events.
Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute content ideas.
Set up cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production gear for shoots.
Edit engaging videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and maintain high production quality.
Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and production equipment.
Stay updated with the latest videography techniques, editing styles, and social media trends.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Good understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing, and composition.
Experience handling DSLR, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and basic audio equipment.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.

Preferred Skills
Basic photography skills.
Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of motion graphics or color grading is an added advantage.
