Project Manager cum Center Head – DDUGKY Project

Project: Government Skill Development & Placement-Linked Projects (DDUGKY)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (as per experience)
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (DDUGKY Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Project & Center Management
Lead end-to-end execution of DDUGKY project operations
Ensure compliance with DDUGKY guidelines, SOPs, and documentation
Manage center operations, team coordination, and reporting

Training & Operations
Oversee mobilization, enrolment, training delivery, and assessments
Monitor attendance, trainer performance, and infrastructure
Conduct field visits and ensure smooth execution

Placement & KPI Management




Drive placement activities and achieve placement targets
Build employer partnerships and coordinate interviews
Track placement documentation and retention

Reporting & Compliance
Maintain MIS reports and documentation
Handle audits, inspections, and government coordination

Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (Management/Social Work preferred)
2+ years experience in DDUGKY projects
Robust leadership & team handling skills
Good knowledge of MIS, MS Excel, and reporting
