Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process, coordinating with candidates, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.




Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Support general HR operations whenever required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Valuable understanding of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
