Key Responsibilities:

· Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, email campaigns, and digital platforms.

· Present and explain Pheonix Poly Products’ range of plastic and polymer products to potential clients.

· Prepare and send quotations, product catalogs, and proposals as per client requirements.

· Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.

· Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

· Follow up on pending quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.

· Assist field sales executives by scheduling meetings, sharing product information, and supporting customer interactions.

· Maintain robust relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

· Track competitor activities and market trends to identify current business prospects.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
