The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) – Loan Sales is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting loan products, building solid client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, recommending suitable loan products, and ensuring a smooth loan application process while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through referrals, field visits, digital channels, and existing customer databases.
Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, and Loan Against Property.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Assist customers in completing loan application forms and collecting required documents.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan processing.
Follow up on loan applications until disbursement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Keep updated with competitor products and market trends.
