Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our technical team as an Audio & Video Installation Engineer. You will be trained on-the-job to install, configure, and service AV equipment including speakers, TVs, home theatre systems, and related wiring/networking setups at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in in office installation of audio and video equipment (speakers, AV receivers, TVs, projectors, soundbars)
Run and terminate cabling — speaker wire, HDMI, and low-voltage wiring
Mount TVs, speakers, and brackets as per site requirements
Support senior engineers during system setup, testing, and calibration
Handle basic troubleshooting of AV equipment and connections
Maintain tools, equipment, and installation materials
Follow safety practices during installation work
Coordinate with the team for daily job assignments and site visits




Provide basic customer support/demo on installed systems

Requirements
ITI certificate (Electrician, Electronics, Wireman, or related trade) or equivalent technical qualification.
Basic understanding of electrical wiring and hand tools.
Willingness to travel to different sites within India.
Valuable attitude toward learning new technical skills.
Basic communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English).
Physically fit for ladder work, lifting equipment, and fieldwork.
Two-wheeler with valid license (for site travel).

Preferred (not mandatory)
Prior exposure to electronics, wiring, or appliance repair (even as a hobby).
