Key Responsibilities
Transcribe audio recordings from doctors and healthcare professionals into accurate medical reports.
Prepare documents such as patient histories, discharge summaries, operative notes, consultation reports, and diagnostic reports.
Review and edit reports for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and medical terminology.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reports.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or applicable healthcare data privacy regulations.
Work with transcription software and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred).
Preferred qualifications: DMLT, PGDMLT, BMLT, B.Sc. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or other allied healthcare courses.




Freshers with positive medical terminology knowledge and typing skills are welcome to apply.

Excellent English listening, reading, and writing skills.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
Quick and accurate typing skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and transcription software.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in pathology, radiology, or histopathology transcription.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
Knowledge of quality standards in medical documentation.
