Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
