Job OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, with a good understanding of financial records, taxation, and accounting principles.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain purchase, sales, cash, and bank records.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies.




Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
