Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Conversion Officer with experience in the overseas education industry. The candidate should have knowledge of the complete study abroad application process — from application to enrolment — for destinations including the UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and partner queries efficiently.
Convert university offers into successful enrolments.
Guide partners and students regarding applications, offers, and next steps.
Manage the complete application process from application till enrolment.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth processing.
Maintain daily reports, trackers, and application records.
Support visa documentation and process guidance for UK, Canada, USA, Germany, and Europe.
Draft professional emails,
follow-ups, and responses to queries.
Stay updated with admission requirements and visa policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in overseas education or admissions.
Valuable understanding of study abroad applications and enrolment processes.
Knowledge of study visa requirements for major destinations.
Experience in partner handling, counselling support, and lead conversion.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and follow-ups efficiently.
Good coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
