Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate enquiry and collect market information.
Visit potential customers for generating current business.
Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.
Generate monthly MIS reports including sales, enquiries, lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.
Co-ordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.
Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
Required Skills:
Should have field sales experience.
Should have industrial sales exposure.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Must have two-wheeler.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,139.94 per month
