Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated Store Manager to independently manage the daily operations of our retail store. The candidate will handle Delhivery courier bookings, toy sales, Xerox/printing services, customer support, billing, inventory management, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the store independently daily.
Handle Delhivery courier bookings, parcel acceptance, dispatch, and customer inquiries.
Assist customers with toy sales and product recommendations.
Operate Xerox, printing, scanning, and photocopying services.
Manage billing, cash handling, and digital payments.
Maintain stock of toys, stationery, and shop supplies.
Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-friendly.




Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.

Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
Previous experience in retail, courier services, or photocopy/printing operations is preferred.

Working Hours
Full time
One weekly day off (as decided by management)

Salary
Salary: As per experience and performance.
